ABCDiario Behavioral Consulting accepts the insurance that allows us to carry out applied behavioral analysis intervention services.

How to apply for ABA services?
Step 1
Parent or legal guardian of the child completes two documents: the intake questionnaire and the authorization to obtain medical information including clinical diagnosis and medical evaluation. The caregiver can complete the documents by hand or electronically and scan them by email and/or fax.
Step 2
Once the medical information has been obtained, it is sent to the insurance company along with the request for an initial evaluation. A Certified Behavior Analyst will contact you when your insurance company has approved the request for an initial evaluation.
Step 3
The initial assessment consists of interviews with parents or educators and direct observation of the child in the home. The Certified Behavior Analyst will develop and review with the caregiver(s) a treatment plan that consists of decreasing the problem behaviors and a skill-building program that is tailored to the needs of the child and family.

Step 4
If the parent or legal guardian is satisfied with the treatment plan and the recommendations of the Certified Behavior Analyst, the individual may proceed to request the various ABA services at home. These may include direct services by a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and services from a Certified Behavior Analyst. The RBT is the person who implements the treatment. The progress of the treatment is monitored through data analysis that will be collected throughout each session.
